Usually we hold our annual planning meeting every year in the board-room of 3 or 5 star business hotel. This year our management decided to do it differently and we organised our planning meeting in a resort at a hill station Lonavala near Mumbai.

The location and ambience was refreshing and very relaxing, so was the food. We conducted our meeting at Velvet County Resort surrounded by lush green natural beauty. Other than setting our targets for financial year 2023-24 and discussing strategies, everyone enjoyed playing the team building and management games organised by our HR manager. Some even enjoyed Sea-Saw and Spring horse during the lunch break. It was a mix of serious business meeting with fun filled games. We returned back with local popular confectionary Chikki and Fudge in hand for our family.
