Aerosafe foams offer cost effective solution to aircraft Seat Manufacturers and Aftermarket Refurbishers. Our R&D teams and globally recognised in-house laboratory can develop any density and thickness of sheet as well as moulded foams for aircraft seat cushions and other applications on the aircraft.
Our advanced graphite-infused foams qualify to most stringent aerospace standards of fire, smoke and toxicity tests. Innovative polymer chemistry formulation ensures our foams pass the combined burn tests and HRR tests for 16G seat cushions.
