AeroChamp in JV with a leading seat upholstery factory has developed the capability to manufacture Airlines and Business jet seat upholstery on mass scale. Our factory in Gujarat is well equipped with hi-tech cutting, sewing, creasing, folding, embroidery and lamination machines, where we can produce upto 100 pax economy class seat upholstery and 50 business class seat upholstery per day.

We have skilled cutting and tailoring staff who can create new patterns and design in fabric, leather and faux leather as per the requirement of the customers. We can produce prototype samples on a short notice of 7 days.

With several years of knowledge about material and regulatory compliance, we have trained our technicians to deliver aviation grade quality. Using FAR material and Gutermann thread, we ensure each of the upholstery produced at our factory meets FAR25.853 burn test requirements.
