We can handle complex design, prototype, batch production, and bulk production projects. Our team can handle custom design as well as standard specification precision engineering projects with ease.
Manufacturing
With the experience of Civil and Defence aircraft component design and manufacturing, AeroChamp has endeavoured to participate in Aerospace manufacturing. Our capability includes complex part designing using Autocad, Catia, Solid works and CREO software, and manufacturing using multi-axis CNC, Gear cutting, Laser cutting, Waterjet cutting, 3D printing and other machines.
We understand the level of precision required for the aerospace industry and our design and manufacturing capability can deliver upto 5 microns precision.
In addition to the mechanical design and production, we have a well experienced R&D team consisting of Electronic engineers with more than 20 years individual experience, who have depth of knowledge to develop logic based application circuitry for aerospace application. Our principal company Electrocon Consumer Electronics (I) Ltd. which has been in the electronics business for over 25 years, specialises in electronic circuitry design, development and manufacturing.

Speciality consumables
We understand the aerospace standards. Based on this understanding, we are able to supply speciality consumables like sealants, rust-inhibitors, anti-seize compound, threading compound, high temperature lubricating grease, paint remover and many other technical grade consumbles. Our company is an authorised distributor of Armite and RPM technology, manufacturers of aerospace grade consumables.
Through our global network of aerospace suppliers, we are able to organise technical specification consumables as per the requirements of our customers.
